The Spinning Babies Guided Parent Class highlights your baby’s active role in birth. During labor, the baby needs to pass through the three levels of the pelvis. Together, you and your birth partner can use these techniques before and during labor to help “make room for baby!” Designed by Midwife Gail Tully (CPM) the Spinning Babies® technique reveals how the baby can find optimal positions for labor, and make birth less painful, and even pleasurable! Illuminated Birth: Birth Story Circle

Join Illuminated Birth for an evening of sharing and listening to birth stories! Attendees are invited to share their birth story, or just listen to others and give support. Whether your birth experience was joyful, difficult, or complicated, we need safe spaces to share these stories. We carry our birth stories with us throughout our lives; sharing them with a supportive group can be cathartic, healing, and validating.

Hosted by two doulas in a cozy, welcoming space. Open to all women and birthing people. Babies in arms are welcome, but please leave older babies and children at home. Click HERE to sign up.
